CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resusitation) is covered in depth as heart attack continues to remain one of the UK’s bigger killers. We also include the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and explain in a practical way how, when to use an AED and the difference a AED can make.

We discuss in a practical way the hazards associated with choking na dhow quickly what at first might appear to be such an innocuous event can quickly turn into a life threatening situation. Those minor cuts and bruised are not to be ignored so the course gives you the skills to manage these situations without panic. Conditions such as Epilepsy can be quite distressing to witness, the course will enable you to adopt the correct approach when dealing with this condition. Our course will give you insights into the types of first aid kits, the suggested contents and how to use the supplies to effectively manage burns, minor cuts and grazes.
