First aid training in a fun informative and creative manner delivering all the fundamentals of first aid.

Our highly skilled Meaningful Change trainers discuss the key elements of First Aid training.

What the roles and responsibilities of the first aider are and how as a first aider you can make better decisions.

In some cases adopt an approach which can enable you to make the best decisions when faced with hazardous situations.

CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resusitation) is covered in depth as heart attack continues to remain one of the UK’s bigger killers.

The practical the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and  an explanation of how and when to use an AED and the difference a AED can make is fully covered.

We discuss in a practical way the hazards associated with choking and how quickly what at first might appear to be such an innocuous event can turn into a life threatening situation.

Those minor cuts and bruised are not to be ignored so the course gives you the skills to manage these situations without panic.

Conditions such as Epilepsy can be quite distressing to witness, the course will enable you to adopt the correct approach when dealing with this condition.

Our course will give you insights into the types of first aid kits, the suggested contents and how to use the supplies to effectively manage burns, minor cuts and grazes.
